Our Commitment to Safe Play

At ph002, we believe that gaming should always remain a form of entertainment. We are committed to providing players across Bangladesh with a safe, fair, and transparent gaming environment. Whether you enjoy cricket betting, live casino, or slots, our platform is designed with your best interests in mind — and that includes your mental health and financial well-being.

ph002 strictly enforces a minimum age requirement of 21 years for all users in Bangladesh. Underage gambling is illegal and harmful. Our systems and support team actively monitor for signs of problem gambling, and we provide a range of tools to help players manage their activity responsibly. If gambling is negatively affecting your daily life, please reach out to our support team immediately.

21+

ph002 is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. Gambling is not permitted for anyone under the age of 21. Please play responsibly.

🔒

Self-Exclusion

If you feel that gambling is becoming a problem, you can request a self-exclusion period of 30, 90, or 180 days. During this time, your account will be suspended and you will be unable to log in or place bets. Contact [email protected] to activate this tool.

💰

Deposit Limits

Set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit on your ph002 account to keep your spending under control. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Reducing a limit is instant; increasing a limit requires a 7-day cooling-off period for your protection.

⏱️

Time-Out Features

Take a short break from gaming with our time-out feature. You can pause your account for 24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days. During a time-out, all betting and deposit functions are disabled. Use this feature whenever you need a moment to step away and reflect.

🚫

Reality Checks

Enable regular reality check reminders that appear on-screen at set intervals (30, 60, or 120 minutes) to show how long you have been playing and how much you have wagered in the current session. These gentle prompts help you stay aware of your activity.

🛡️

Account Verification & Protection

ph002 uses SSL encryption and KYC verification to protect your account and personal data. Verifying your identity also helps prevent underage access and keeps the platform secure for all genuine Bangladesh players.

Recognising Problem Gambling

Problem gambling can affect anyone, regardless of age, background, or income level. It often develops gradually and can be difficult to recognise at first. The following warning signs may indicate that gambling has shifted from entertainment to a harmful habit. If you identify with any of these, we strongly encourage you to use our responsible gaming tools or contact our support team.

Warning Signs to Watch For
  • Spending more money than you can afford to lose on gambling activities
  • Chasing losses by placing larger bets after a losing session
  • Borrowing money from friends, family, or financial institutions to fund gambling
  • Neglecting daily responsibilities, relationships, or work commitments due to gambling
  • Feeling anxious, irritable, or restless when not gambling
  • Hiding gambling activity from family members or loved ones
Tips for Staying in Control

Maintaining healthy gambling habits requires consistent self-awareness and the willingness to use the tools available to you. Here are some practical steps every ph002 player in Bangladesh can take to ensure their gaming remains fun and responsible:

  • Set a strict personal budget before you start playing and never exceed it, no matter what happens during a session
  • Treat gambling as entertainment, not as an income source or a way to resolve financial difficulties
  • Take regular breaks during extended gaming sessions — step away, stretch, and rehydrate before returning
  • Never gamble under the influence of alcohol, medication, or when feeling emotionally distressed
  • Balance your gaming time with other hobbies, social activities, and time spent with family and friends in Dhaka, Chittagong, or wherever you are across Bangladesh
